Not only natural resource but also according to this project 90% Mega watts was meant to be given to India Which was also hard to digest for opposition parties of Nepal.
But again now China's Three gorgeous corporation has shown its interest in building dam but again if New way of building a dam with minimum destruction of natural resources is not identified then start seems difficult for any company to do work.And only few percentage of Project should be sold to Neighbors.Then it might go smoothly.
